Rosebert Kahubya

Rosebert Kahubya is an Associate Partner in the banking and finance department. She has experience providing timely and practical advice to help clients navigate the Ugandan regulatory processes involved in finance. Rosebert advises on mortgages, corporate lending, due diligence, and project finance, and negotiates with various financiers and investors.
Rosebert works with Ugandan and international clients across the banking and finance sectors including banks, investment firms, and fund managers. She engages with different government entities such as the Ministry of Lands.
She is client-centric and ensures that clients’ needs are always met. She organizes training for clients on the recent trends in the banking and finance sector to keep them updated and mitigate the risks that may be involved in various transactions.
