Milly Aine

Milly is an Associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial department and she specializes in corporate advisory. Her areas of experience include: intellectual property, equity financing, data protection and privacy, setting up coporate entities, advsing NGO’s on their operations in Uganda(with emphasis on employment, corporate and compliance requirements) and drafting of corporate transactional agreements.

Milly is creative as she is always looking for sustainable solutions to client problems.
